Shabbat baBayit returns to Temple Concord for 5787!
On Friday evening, November 13, 2026, we're going small-scale—there will be no Kabbalat Shabbat service for Temple Concord at Kimber Road. Instead, we'll gather in intimate groups at congregant homes to share Shabbat dinners together.
Each home will have a volunteer service leader who will guide a brief, home-friendly service and discussion using materials created by Rabbi and Cantor. It's a chance to experience the warmth and intimacy of Shabbat the way it's been celebrated for generations—around someone's table.
How to participate? You may register to be a guest in someone's home, or to host a Shabbat meal in your home. All are welcome, but advance registration is required. Registration closes on November 2nd.
