      This is a service for kids led by our amazing Teens. There will be games, upbeat prayers, an explanation about the Parsha (Torah portion) for the week, and kids helping to lead certain prayers along with the Teens. We will head back to the main service to help lead Ein Keloheinu and other concluding prayers then enjoy an elevated kiddush together afterward.   You may attend one or all!   • Hannukah Glow Party

    Congregation Beth Sholom-Chevas Shas 18 Patsy Lane, Jamesville, NY, United States

    The community is invited to the CBS-CS social hall to light the Hanukkah candles together and enjoy a delicious meal. At 7 pm, the Glow Party will shift to an all-ages rave with blacklights, glow sticks, and dance music! The CBS-CS Hanukkah Glow party will wrap up at 8 pm, but the bright memories made will last much longer

  • TAY: Tzedek: Social Justice Education and Action

    An educational program presented by the new TAY group - “Tzedek: Social Justice Education and Action” History of the Rosenwald Schools - a Black Jewish partnership in the South Learn about the Rosenwald Schools, established in the Jim Crow South in the early part of the 1900’s. We will also discuss racism and its impacts on education today.
