By Prof. Ken Frieden (composer and clarinetist) and Sabine Krantz (piano) Wednesday, January 28 at 7:30pm Hendricks Chapel Ken Frieden is the B.G. Rudolph Professor of Judaic Studies at Syracuse University. He will be performing music by Joseph Achron, Ernest Bloch, and his new piece, “Ten Tone Poems." In the summer of 2025, Ken worked closely with the renowned clarinetist David Krakauer. Sabine Krantz was born in Sweden. She received her B.A. from the Norwegian State Academy of Music in Oslo and a Master’s degree from the SU School of Music. Sabine teaches a large private studio of voice and piano students and is a foremost accompanist in CNY.
